My Banana Pancake

Last friday I decided to make banana pancake since the banana that we have were too ripe and also I am craving for pancakes… First time to try pancake with banana..

Smash the 2 bananas with fork

Add 2 tbsp brown sugar or honey if you want

Add  1 tsp of cinnamon.

Add 3 tbsp of water and 1/4 cup of milk.

Add 1/2 cup all purpose flour.

Add 1/2 tsp vanilla and Mix everything well.

Put 1 tbsp of oil and start frying.

Fry both sides 2 to 4 mins. It depends how big and thick your pancake.

And…. it’s ready…… 😍😍😍

Ingredients:

2 bananas

1/2 cup of all purpose flour

1 tsp of cinnamon

1/4 cup of milk

3 tbsp water

2 tbsp sugar or honey

1/2 tsp vanilla

*Eat pancake with Maple Syrup*

Since the banana pancake that I made were already sweet for my taste bud I decided not to eat it with maple syrup.

Adjust the ingredients if needed. Add more flour if it’s too watery or add more water if it’s thick. It depends how you prefer your pancake.
