Ginataang Sitaw at Kalabasa (Long Beans and Squash with Coconut Milk)

Yayy! Been craving for this since last month but too lazy to cook it and I am not good in cooking Filipino dishes though. Not perfect though but good enough for my taste bud. 😍

Ingredients:

Long beans

Squash

Pork

Garlic and shallot

1 cup of Coconut milk

Pinch of Salt

Method:

Stir fry the pork until slightly golden brown

Add the garlic and shallot

Add the squash and 1 cup of water, cook for 3 to 5 minutes(defends how big the slices of the squash)

Put the long beans and cover for 5 minutes until half cooked

Lastly, put the coconut milk and pinch of salt, cook for 3 to 5 minutes or longer if the sauce is still watery.

Serve hot and enjoy!
